His illustrious journey, starting as an outside sales rep to achieving 'Hall of Fame' status, has been marked by a tenacious commitment to the true stakeholders in the business – the sales teams and merchants. Dave's dedication and expertise saw him ascend through the ranks, holding prestigious titles such as Executive Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Sales for multi-billion dollar, publicly traded companies. Beginning her journey in Payment Solutions in 1999 as a telemarketer, Amy climbed the ranks through roles including Account Executive, Appointment Setter, Client Relations Manager, Manager of ISO Relations, Operations Manager, and Director of Partner Relations. Now, as Aces Payments' Director of Operations and Concierge Support, she brings her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence to our team. Amy is driven by a heartfelt passion for helping others, which fuels her eagerness to resolve issues and orchestrate solutions. Whether interacting with merchant customers, sales partners, employees, or contractors, Amy is dedicated to ensuring that the commitments of Aces Payments' company mission are not just promises, but realities. Outside of the office, family time is paramount for Amy. She treasures moments spent with her husband and daughter, whether they’re playing games, watching Disney movies and family-friendly cartoons, or planning and organizing family events. Introducing an express payroll system, Rio elevated our residual auditing process and express payroll funding, positioning Aces as an industry leader. Outside of work pursuits, Rio's presence is with her family. Drawing from her 25+ years of extensive industry knowledge, Lois adeptly mentors our dynamic sales team and propels revenue growth by showcasing her remarkable proficiency and dedication.
Beginning her career at a startup Independent Sales Organization, she cultivated her skills in underwriting, risk management, training, and recruiting. Transitioning to a statewide bank in California, Lois spearheaded the growth of the merchant portfolio from a few hundred to an impressive 3000 merchants through strategic initiatives such as comprehensive sales training programs and educational seminars. Recognized for her success and dedication, Lois was recruited by one of the nation's largest payment processing companies. Her exceptional leadership skills led to the formation of an award-winning sales team, consistently achieving outstanding results and earning numerous accolades. Joining Aces as Vice President of Sales, Lois leverages her industry insight to drive revenue growth and nurture client relationships. In this role, she orchestrates strategic sales plans, mentors a dynamic sales force, and identifies new business opportunities to expand market presence. With a focus on team management and fostering strong partnerships, Lois plays a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing revenue targets while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lois cherishes her free time spent with her family, enjoying the wonders of the Arizona desert. During the winter months, you might find her and her husband exploring off-road trails in the desert. In the summer, they love nothing more than boating on the lake with their kids, grandkids, and dogs. Lois truly values the balance between her thriving career and her cherished personal life

As a seasoned professional, Chris’ journey is marked by significant achievements and diverse roles, including Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Corporate Account Executive, and Sales Consultant. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise and leadership in crafting innovative sales strategies, spearheading the development and expansion of sales departments, and orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. With his experience from the University of Phoenix in Business & Accounting, Chris is adept at analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the customer base. He believes in empowering and motivating sales teams and fostering a collaborative work environment to deliver impactful outcomes.  As the Co-founder of Sensei Credit and the Chief Revenue Officer of eMailACheck, Amaha has demonstrated unparalleled expertise in scaling startups and leading transformative initiatives. His strategic vision and operational leadership have been pivotal in driving eMailACheck’s exponential growth, including a remarkable 243% increase in user adoption and a strategic partnership with Q2, expanding the company's footprint to over 400 financial institutions.

 Amaha's leadership extends beyond operational excellence. His tenure at Vantiv (formerly Moneris) and Elavon saw him successfully lead large sales teams, drive revenue growth, and secure industry-leading partnerships that positioned these companies as preferred payment partners in their respective markets.

 A thought leader in fintech, Amaha’s innovative approach to business development and strategic partnerships has been a driving force behind his success.
